YOUR SALES CHANNEL
One range.
Different ways to sell.
Start with how customers encounter the product. The display, package and product information can be planned alongside the design.
REPEATABLE PRESENTATION
Supermarkets & chains
Define the shelf or floor space, the unit sold and the assortment hierarchy. Give each set and size a clear label so the buyer, warehouse and store team work from the same product information.
A CONNECTED COLLECTION
Home & interior stores
Select a coherent palette with differences customers can see and feel. Review sample presentation, dimensions and product details that help the sales conversation move beyond color alone.
CLEAR SKU INFORMATION
Online retail & distribution
Organize SKU references, variation names and the information that needs to travel with the product. Share your packaging, image and product-data requirements for review with the selected range.
Coordinated kitchen formats · Check every included size and the unit being ordered.
THE ASSORTMENT
Give each product
a clear role.
A useful rug assortment has a reason for each addition. Larger area rugs can establish the room collection; runners introduce a narrower placement; mats and coordinated sets create a different type of everyday purchase. Decide which of those roles belongs in your sales channel before expanding the number of designs.
Then build the color and size mix. Separate the core palette from decorative accents, and identify the dimensions available for each selected design. A related appearance does not mean that two products have identical backing, care requirements or packaging.
BUILD THE SKU LIST
A more useful
assortment worksheet.
Use one row per saleable variant. This is the structure of a buying brief, not a fixed requirement to purchase every format.
| Planning field | What to enter | Warum das wichtig ist |
|---|---|---|
| Product & design | Product link or SKU and the selected pattern | Keeps visually similar items separate |
| Color & dimensions | Each color and size combination | Makes the quantity and product data specific |
| Saleable unit | Single piece or complete set, with piece count | Connects the quotation to the way the item is sold |
| Estimated quantity | Quantity by variant and total assortment | Supports MOQ and packing review |
| Market & presentation | Destination, labels, package and display needs | Brings requirements into the product review early |
Some HEBE RUGS listings quote quantities in pieces and others in sets. Confirm the applicable minimum for each selected product, including any requirements by design, color or size. Mixed selections and custom requirements should be reviewed as part of the quotation.
FROM PRODUCT TO SHELF
Presentation starts
with the information.
Review the information a shopper needs and the information your receiving team needs as two connected parts of the same order.
ON THE PRODUCT
The consumer-facing detail
Product name, dimensions, material and backing description, care information, set contents and your approved branding. Check that the package describes the exact item and variation inside.
AROUND THE PRODUCT
The packing detail
Confirm the unit package, pieces or sets per carton, carton markings and any size or weight information required by your receiving process. Available packaging arrangements depend on the selected product and order.
FOR YOUR BRAND
Your own-brand direction
Share logo artwork, label wording, barcode requirements and the visual references for your range. Review feasibility and approve the relevant samples or artwork before treating the packaging as final.
PLAN THE NEXT ORDER
A good reorder
starts with a record.
Keep the approved product reference, sample version, dimensions, color names and packaging artwork together. When planning a repeat order, identify which details stay the same and which quantities, labels or destinations are changing.
Review availability, production and shipping around the next target date. If color consistency or a specific project requirement matters, include it explicitly in the repeat-order brief and agree how the sample or specification will be used for review.
For seasonal ranges, work backward from the intended arrival and selling period. Make space for selection, samples, artwork approval, order confirmation and transport. Timing is confirmed for the products and route rather than assumed from a previous order.
THE BUYING PROCESS

Agree the quantities, commercial terms, destination and timing for the selected order.
RETAIL QUESTIONS

Send the product references, selected variations and the details you want the sample to demonstrate. Include your delivery country and any packaging or label review needed. Sample availability, cost and timing are confirmed before arrangements are made.
