1. Sample Orders

We encourage our wholesale partners to request physical samples prior to placing a full bulk or container order to verify quality, texture, and color. Sample fees and shipping costs are handled on a case-by-case basis as communicated by our sales team.

2. Quality Inspection & Claims

All wholesale orders undergo rigorous factory quality inspections before shipment. Upon receiving your shipment, the buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods promptly:

  • Notification Period: Any claims regarding manufacturing defects, severe shipping damages, or quantity discrepancies must be reported to us in writing via email (info@heberugwholesale.com) or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • Required Evidence: Claims must be supported by clear photographs, unboxing videos, and the corresponding commercial invoice / packing list.

3. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of B2B wholesale and bulk manufacturing:

  • Products tailored or custom-manufactured to the buyer’s specific dimensions, colors, or designs cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a confirmed structural or manufacturing defect.
  • For eligible defective items agreed upon by both parties, we offer replacement goods in subsequent orders or appropriate compensation solutions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. T/T Payment & Refund Processing

In the event of an approved refund or financial adjustment (such as a deposit refund for canceled orders prior to production):

  • Refunds will be processed exclusively via the original payment method (Telegraphic Transfer / T/T).
  • Any bank wire transfer fees or intermediary banking charges incurred during the refund process shall be deducted from the refunded amount.
