1. Production & Processing Time (Lead Time)

As orders are processed based on wholesale volumes and specific customizations:

  • Standard Wholesale Orders: Production typically takes between 15 to 30 business days upon receipt of the 30% T/T deposit.
  • Custom Designs / Large Volumes: Lead times for bespoke specifications or full container loads (FCL) will be confirmed individually by our sales team.

2. Global Shipping Methods

We support flexible global logistics solutions shipped directly from our manufacturing facilities and ports in China:

  • Sea Freight (FCL / LCL): The most cost-effective solution for large-scale wholesale and container orders. Shipped globally to major international ports.
  • Air Freight: Ideal for time-sensitive or medium-sized bulk orders requiring faster transit times.
  • International Express: Available for sample requests or small trial orders via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

3. Trade Terms (Incoterms)

We support various international trade terms depending on your import preference, including FOB, EXW, CIF, and DDU/DDP (where applicable). Please discuss your preferred Incoterm with our sales representatives when placing your order.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For standard international wholesale shipments (such as FOB or EXW), the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance procedures levied by the destination country. We provide all necessary shipping documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading) to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
